Can someone make it? (doesn't have to be vinyl). The only thing is that I'd like for it to match the body paint color (Flint Mica in my car)

If you clean up the edge, it might look really nice...

get oem paint// mask the space off

and spray spray spray

either that or it looks a bit like you had full smoked overlays at one point.. then ____ed someone off and they walked up to your car and ripped off whatever they could grab.

sorry really just not feelin those at all. i agree with others it would be wiser to just buy some tailight spray, sand and mask the area off and then do it yourself if you really want it that bad.

Correction--Pontiac g6 tails look like scion tails.

Also: Pontiac g6=retarded accordian-folded sunroof.

Hey, if you like the look give it a try. Do go the automotive paint route though, for the look. And if people like it see about making some out of Carbon. It would be a neat project.

do I just go to the dealer to get the matching spray paint or is there a better place to get it? Vinyl is less permanent, though, right, in case I do change my mind, etc

Costs nothing to try - and you don't even need spraypaint - use regular electric tape or black ductape - just to create the shape you want. Then take a bunch of pictures (1), and take the tape off carefully and make an outline for the overlay - if it looks nice - I know a guy who will make them for you if you send him an outline.

I think it'd be cooler to have one of those clip-on overlays for the fronts, to cover the silver on the headlights... anyone do this yet?

i would do the top portion of that light. you can see a line along the side of the tc leading to the light. use that line and go across th light to the hatch. That may look better. if i could generate my idea i would. but i have yet figured out how to post pics. on here.

From the general response here, doesn't look like it'd be a popular Overlay for me. I have the Lids Overlay, if if you guys thought about it, you can get my Ful Smoke Taillight Overlay but get the top portion color matched to your car :).
