Hey friends,
Just curious here. I haven't waxed my SW tC yet, but I was planning on it as soon as the weather breaks. My question is this: What's the best way to wax a white vehicle? my tC is white and I'm afraid that if I put wax on, I won't be able to see it well enough to get it all off. Are there other colors of wax out there?
Yeah, I know- this is a silly question, but I thought I'd ask.

i usually use a halogen flood light to be able to see where I've been with the wax......just do it in small wnough patches and dont' do it out in the sun and u should be able to see the hazing of the wax....

after you wax it, look at if from different angles, like stand infront of the car and look down the sides and stuff, you should be able to see the spots you missed

wax it in the shade then pull it outside or out in the light an look at different angles like he said get your self a Medium soft paint brush to get in the cracks-- you can use a baby diaper-- or you can use an old sweat shirt an use the inside-- I use Permaplate---- it is a good WAX--- then I use a DA with a 4 inch Foam pad an put the WAX on it an apply it that way then---

You could always use Zymol wax. It's blue. Works great, and it's easier to see when you're buffing it off.
My last car was white, and I used Zymol on it every time.

i started using Zymol on the first white car i owned because of the same concern and have been using it since..not trying to turn this into a Zymol sucks..no Meguiar's sucks thread..i've just liked the results with Zymol and it's easy to see on white.

Haha, I love when people get into the Zymol sucks routine...
because generally they are talking about the $10 Zymol,
which I don't think is even really made by them.
Better then average Auto Wax doesn't go for $10-$15 a
bottle.

Professional Zymol is way different than the crap you get at auto zone. It comes in a tin. The good stuff wipes off with absolutely no effort.[/img]
