I would go with megan headers. It's half the price of the other two and performs just about the same.

Well my megan stainless regular header is fine and when other vital parts of my car got surface rust from my tahoe trips the header is still perfect.

dc sports makes a quality product, but the prices are high because they are a known brand. the megan headers are ok in my opinion, and the price is much better

Id go with the alphawerks header, Ive talked to a bunch of people who have had problems with installing the megan header. My buddy has the alphawerks header on his box and the increase throughout the powerband is amazing. You wont really notice that much power gain with the DC sports header.

5zigen makes a 4-2-1 header for the 1NZ... Also, Yashio's exhaust setup is nice

I don't think anyone imports it. Then again at around $450 I'm sure not too many people would want it.

If rust is a problem wouldn't Jet Hot coatings eliminate that.

the problem with some headers is the mounting flange can warp in the manufacturing process. to much heat at once during welding. this is totally aparrent on cheap headers. like you see on ebay for 150.00. dc sport is a good company and would not be doing as well if they made low quality parts. also dc's are ceramic coated and that alone is usually 100.00. dc sports are 259.00 at scion sport. great deal.

sounds like a leak. you might want to take it off and look to see if the flanges are warped. if not, give them a call and let them know what happened
