Default opinions on rota slipstreams on a tc...

ok so i can get some rota slipstream wheels 17" flatblack used for the low. Jus wondering u guys opinion on those wheels mounted on a tc. My tc is silver i got tinted windows i wanted to get dark colored wheels for it. i tried finding pics of those wheels on the net and i figured out that they are more for hondas and stuff. but i think they wont look bad im goin to drop it to..i got hotchkis springs for it.

I think they would look good, but they look the best when dumped on some coilovers.

OEM wheels are 17x7 +45... so those Rotas would stick out 5mm more than OEM wheels (which is good).

The offset is the distance between the center of the wheel and mounting "face" of the wheel - the part that touches the car. Positive numbers mean that the mounting face is towards the outside of the car - negative would mean it is towards the inside of the car.

So in our case the +45 is tucked a little bit inwards toward the car. So a +30 or so would look a lot better and more "flush" with the fenders than OEM.

Make sense?

so the higher the number the deeper the wheel? or the more it sticks out from the hub?

The lower the number the more it would stick out.
