I am buying a pair of headlight in local and each side of the headlight have 1 broken tab ( close to radiatior )...Do you think it is still ok to tighten the whole headlight without any issue ( such as rattling etc...)

yeah itll still be pretty tight my tabs broke on mine aswell and mines tight

you'll be fine, i used to have one headlight with a broken tab and it was fine.
