That depends on several factors. Do you need to pass state emissions tests? Is this a DD? How much boost/whp do you intend to run? Planning to race much? Drag, road or auto-x?

Any stand-alone is better than any piggyback but you won't pass emissions testing. Greddy Ultimate has more track/racing features than the F/IC but can't tune part-throttle as well. The F/IC has known issues with the XB2 crank/cam sensors and ECU. Unichip is another option but I'm not sure how well it works with boost. Dezod's new APR X1 is probably the best piggy out there but it's only available for the TC as of now and very expensive at $1800.

You can also google Allan Phillips Racing, APR X1, etc. and see what Toyota truck guys have to say about the original 4.0L V6 version. From what I saw, it's all good.

Nice, what are your goals with your build. Will this be a daily driven only or a track/ street monster?

Nice unit. Do you have a way around the state emission testing? Here in MD they plug into the OBD2 port which a standalone does not have. That's why I'm stuck with a piggyhack.

Nice, you do understand that with that much power traction will be all but gone till 4th gear. I spun 3rd at 12psi then my clutch started to slip. Keep us posted Cory might have some comp,lol.
