I've been on this forum for a while now and I have been very interested in the suspension aspect of cars. I will eventually move onto my engine but I've been dabbling.

When I first got my car it had Tein S-Tech springs in it. Now I didn't know any better so I just kept these and it felt good to me at the time. Well a good friend of mine introduced me to a company called Swift springs. He showed me a post on his forum and it just explained in detail what Swift Springs were.
It's a very good and interesting read, I suggest everyone read this write up,

It got me sold on Swift springs. So I bought their lowering springs, fairly expensive but worth every penny considering they are going to stay on your car for however long you own it. They were amazing. My car felt completely different. It was much smoother, It had the smoothness of a stock car until you cut into a corner the springs firm up and they feel amazing. These are truly quality lowering springs. This thread on the Mini cooper forum pretty much compares Swift with every spring on the market and it demolishes the competition.

I decided to go for coilovers about a month ago, I purchased a set of Buddyclub RSD's. They felt great but really harsh like most coilovers do. This is where I realized how big of a difference the springs made. I contacted that user ninjlao on the Mini forum and he suggested that I should start off running the same rates as the ones that came stock on my coilovers. I was really afraid that I was wasting my money because if it felt the same I would have literally thrown away 350 dollars. But when I put those springs on. WOW! it's all I can say. I could not believe that springs makes such a big difference. I mean the technology put into these things are amazing. The car handles amazingly and comfortable is an understatement for these coilovers. I can't be happier with my setup.

Everyone and their mothers should try out Swift springs. Not even your girlfriend can say your car is uncomfortable anymore.
I recommend nothing but SWIFT SPRINGS!!!

Swift is definitely the best. What's your current suspension setup? Coilovers? Shocks & springs?

Good stuff. I'm looking at replacing the springs in my Teins with Swift when the time comes.

I have also tracked the car with the Swift lowering springs and they perform extremely well. I went with the coilovers because my car is going to be turbo'ed and I felt that maybe the stock shocks may be under damped. But with the Swift Sport springs they were plenty good for the stock setup with intake and exhaust.

Anyone else have experience with the Swift lowering springs.

Yeah for the coilover springs. I'm sure you can get the lowering springs for about high 200 to low 300 range.

vogtland are such a good deal that you could probably swap out those springs for swift and have yourself a top-flight set-up for hundreds less than what BC, Tein, and others charge.

Well I don't know what else to tell you, man. I did the best I can. I'm not a salesman. I'm just an end user explaining the difference I feel, with a little bit of background information on them. And how I first got connected with this name brand.

You don't have to take my word for it either. There are positive reviews everywhere.

What springs are you using?
