It's not that hard, I bought a RROD off of here a while back, ordered the Llama X-clamp fix and thermal paste for under 14 shipped to me, and now I have a working softmodded 360. Basic knowledge, just open the 360, unscrew 4 screws, drill bigger holes, screw in, close up. You can also just get really ghetto and wrap a towel around it that sometimes works. bump for you man someone steal this.

-Please don't ever wrap your xbox in a towel to attempt to fix it your going to overheat it and that's always bad news. It does work for maybe a day an hour or a week but it will red ring again.

The reason this happens is due to the lead free solder that is used in the xbox 360 due to the amendment that no product used by children 13 and under can contain leaded materials. The only way to get a sure fix on it is to reball the CPU and GPU, event then its a gamble.

I've done 5 so far, my furthest stemming back almost 2 years now, and it runs fine. The Xclamp mod on both cpu and gpu work seems to work for me. Ya i've seen ones that get xclampd and they dont work, some due to user error, and some obviously system doesnt mean to get fixed. Either way for the price he's asking, its worth a chance.
