is it hard to do? never done it before, but i want to. anyone done it on their own?

Yep! It was fairly easy. It just took some time to mask everything off because I used engine enamel spray. They turned out great with a nice smooth finish. I haven't had any problems with it other than trying to keep them clean.

sweet! was it a pain taking the brakes off? ive never done it before.

peeps recommend getting the brush on application. I got mine on ebay for 15 bucks
I didn't have to take off my brakes, just mask it off with masking tape. It was my first time doing it and it looks great

I hate seeing rear drum painted. To me it looks like a ricer
saying "hey look how cheap my breaks are"!

But I do like painting disc calipers. Like any painting, it's
not difficult when you prep correctly.
