I apologize if this has been covered already but I did do a search and found nada...

What's better? Coilovers or lowering springs...

I'm looking at the Goldlines in the Sponsored sales forum for $150 but then I see these coilovers for sale on e-bay for $56, http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=7955941146&category=33582

What's the deal? are these things on e-bay garbage? Or are lowering springs the way to go?

Thanks,
~chris

unless you like a crappy ride for a good looking drop go with goldlines , I have those sleeve over coil overs and the ride sucks But i like the look and have been used to crappy dumped cars my whole life so .

its basically up to you, springs are good if you dont feel like adjusting your suspension, but if you like messing around with the height or that fact its adjustable then go with real coilvers & not coilver sleeve kit.
