getting rid of cel??
so this is going sound stupid i really dont care but im changing out my s pipe and all that this weekend to get my cutout put in now if i bought the anti foulers and place them in the s pipe for the 02 this wouldnt get rid of my cel would it jc because i dont want to waste my time if its not going to
most of the time it works...take two of the small antifoulers, drill one of em out big enough (1/2 should do), put the sensor on the one that drilled out and stack the other one on it.
im not sure what code im getting an ymore i just kn ow its a 02 i forgot what the code was lol and i have a s pipe made from a exhaust shop what is the same as stock s pipe just 2.5 piping sioze
Unsolder the LED on the board like I did when doing my LED Swap
Or, take off the cluster and stuff a bunch of electrical tape in the opening for the engine light! I got rid of my TPMS light and CEL light. I use a scangauge and regularly check for codes.
BTW, I'm boosted and I don't use an anti-fouler and don't have a CEL for P0420. Weird.

i had to use 3 anti foulers when i had my megan header...there still in there now but i have a stock s-pipe and could see what you mean about room. they sell a L shaped attachment on ebay for 20$ that might work for you.
Yea, I might have to try the L-shaped one. It looks similar to the weapons r cel eliminator.
Anyone use the weapson r trick and know if it works?
when i was n/a i had to use 3 anti foulers..... when i went turbo i kept getting a different rear o2 code it was bank 1 sensor 1 high voltage or something like that...so i removed the foulers... i got a check engine...but then it went away on it own and never came back =] a good tuner will be able to tune for the no cat or fouler
Hmm, I have the aem fic. I'll def. be calling my tuner about that then. Thanks for the info!
