Anyone that is getting a 2.0 please post here.

I put in the order a few hours ago at Crystal Scion. They're not sure yet how long it'll take to arrive,but I'm not sweating it. I actually prefer waiting a little longer,there'll be more money saved up for a larger downpayment (put a $500 deposit tonight).

Placed my order for the xB 2.0 on 12Mar. Alexandria Toyota/Scion said about 4 to 6 weeks. Very popular and very hard to get on the east coast.

I just bought a silver Xb, that same week the dealership had the yellow 2.0 on the lot.

Actually this may be my second post, but.

Though I've been lurking on here for almost a year, and I'm old hat on Probetalk though never a big poster. (Great Froum (plug)).

I put a deposit on on an RS 2.0 a couple of weeks ago, in Annapolis MD. They are actually getting an RS in auto in a couple of weeks. No word yet on a standard. Hopefully soon.

The Probe is a bit of a pain in traffic and 93 octane is crazy right now. Man I can't wait.

I am going to be getting a R.S. 2.0. I had put 500 down to hold a R.S. 2.0 for me back in February.

Anyone else getting a RS 2.0?

Stoked to hear you're getting an RS2.0! You're going to love it! The DC exhaust sounds great, but make sure to take off the silencer they install in it.

Is it just me, or does the interior car fabric (black/yellow) look much darker than the non RS boxes (gray)?

It has been a week and one day since we got our RS 2.0. How do you take the silencer off? Right now it sounds week. Need some sort of grumble. I just need detailed instructions as to how to do it.

Waiting impatiently. I put money down in February but I guess since I'm on the east coast I'll be one of the last to get one. The dealer doesn't have any idea when it's coming in yet. They said by the end of March but we'll see. Anyone on the east coast get one or even see one on a lot yet?

^^^ that is indeed the case. You will be one of the last to get your RS's. The port is Newark NJ, and they ship from NJ out. I had mine about a week before PA got theirs last year. The only ones that have to wait longer are the guys/gals in CT and points North.

I ordered my yellow xb last week and was told it should be in by the end of March. Hope to find out the exact date tomorrow.

put my order on feb. 19th, my xB came in on mar. 10th. Cant wait to pick it up tomorrow.............good ol' #15 :clap:

Get an adjustable wrench. Lie on the ground near the muffler. Loosen the bolt/nut you see holding the baffle and slide it out.

Mine came with two inserts and instructions.

I saw one at Central Florida Toyota on Sat. Scion Dynasty Orlando has our club meets there and they had just got it in. My husband looked long and hard but wants to wait besides he really wants a 5sp not another auto. It looks hot!!!!!

It is a blast. As for the RockBlocker.... We haven't figured out what the price is yet but It should be better than fixing paint 3 times a year.

I have mine on order, dealer in Hartford, CT says probably in mid April. We're the last in the country to get them being from CT... maybe I'll be #2500 lol

^^^ they dont send them in any order. Proof in point, i was one of the last sections to get the RS1, and mine is # 396. Who knows, you may just end up with # 666.

Bought our RS2 #214 March 6th. Have to agree, remove the silencer because it sounds ten times better. Good Luck with your purchase. I happened to get lucky with ours. My neighbor was at the dealership getting service done on his tC when his salesman walked in and told him to go check out the new RS2 that just came in on the truck. My friend called me, came over to my house, watched the kids so my wife and I could go "look" at it and the next thing you know were driving home #214. :clap:

Dont wait to get the RockBlocker. You will regret it. I did one yellow 2.0 already with 250 miles and multiple chips. When you are ready go see Mark he will take care of and so will I.

Still no word from the dealer about my xB RS2 yet. Last word from them it should be in on 15Apr. but then with the options I want including a sunroof who knows when the car will be ready.

Still have not even seen one in the DC area yet.

Just received email this morning from my dealer in Ct that my RS 2 is in. I drove over to the dealer to view it. Love the color! I'm trading in my 03 MR2 tonight. Don't know the number yet.

I placed my order for the RS 2.0 in 5 speed, I'm :pray: and hoping that I get what I want. It seems like there are automatics out there, but not many 5 speed cars, as I can get an auto within days, but the earliest 5 speed being a month away. Initially I was under the impression that my Scion contact would be able to locate a car for me in a few weeks. Unfortunately he told me all the cars he tried getting his hands on were sold. He added a 5 speed car to his allocation, which will be run tonight/tomorrow, so I'll know for sure by this Monday if a 5 speed will be going his way. If I can't get the RS 2.0 the way I want it, i'll have to settle and get a regular XB in stick.. My fingers are crossed!

:love: I am a proud new mommy of a Solar Yellow XB as of Monday 28, 2005 at 6:37pm!!!!!!!!!!! My baby is 454 out 2,500! I gotta be honest with you I thought they were hideous and my bf's bestfriend got one and so my bf he loved it after he test drove it. I really never thought the orginal colors or the limited ed. were eye popping colors that I wanted to sit in. Then one day I went to a Chinese buffet and I put 50 cents in a gumball machine and yellow XB came out. I told my bf that's my color when they make that I will buy it other than that you better keep dreaming! Sure enough the limited edition was my dream car. I get so much great feed back! People honk at me and smile and WAVE too! I know the color is blinding and all but you can't help but to be HAPPY :P I am!

My wife and I were riding our motorcycle when we drove past the dealer and she actually was the one who saw it. So she woke my ___ up early to go back there (monday) to see if it was still there. Well guess what it wasn't I guess someone was test driving it and thank God that the exaust was to loud for them. (older couple) So we started out the paper work without even test driving the xB b4 anyone else got approved b4 we did. I actually like it I have big ideas for this xB.

01Apr and still waiting for my xB RS 2.0 to come in. Still have not seen on in the DC area. Seems like they are coming in on the East Coast.

Wish I could just pay for it now and get it over with and then the wait would not be so hard.

I actuqally revieved and IM yesterday saying that there is now an Auto in Annapolis MD as of about 3:00 pm yesterday. My manual should be arriving late next week, also in Annapolis. I don't want to get to excited yet incase it gets bogged down in transit or something, but.....

I've had mine #432 for just over a week. It's really yellow! but it looks great. Had to drive from St. Louis to Jefferson City to buy it. My local dealer got one manual in and sold it before it arrived. So I guess there will be two of us driving around in our area. That will be strange to see. So far so good. Plan on going with black and yellow leather, cruise control, tinting. Can't decide abut the CAI or strut bar at this point.

Well, called the salesperson/dealer today about my order for an automatic xb RS2. Was told the salesperson no longer works at the dealership. The Sales Manager at Alexandria Toyota said that they can not locate my charge of $500.00 that I put down on the car, but they do show the order. The car is suppose to be delivered to Newark on 05Apr. Then even more bad news, dealer who got fired told me the sun roof would costs $1,000.00 but the Sales Manager tells me it is really $1,225.00.

Any thoughts on what I should do.

The options I want are the Rear Bumper Applique, Fog Lights, Cargo Cover, Alloy Wheels, Floor Mats, and the sun roof.

IMHO, the rear bumper aplique looks bad on solar yellow. I bought mine on ebay, but sold it back online because I didn't like the way it looked.

I picked mine up Monday. The hard part was ordering the cold air intake and strut brace in yellow. The dealer said their was no such part existed until I showed them their web sight. They where installed yesterday. Love the car.

I picked up my school bus, as my wife calls it, monday. Have already put over 500 miles on it. I have a 70 mile round trip to work. First tank I got 28.7mpg. I can already tell second is going to be better. Mine is #923 with an automatic.

We had test driven an automatic Thunder Grey xB a few months ago. After our daughter started driving we went back to the dealer. He said "wanna see something special?"
A Canadian couple had ordered a Solar Yellow xB but didn't take delivery. We did...it's #86 with a five-speed. Our daughter doesn't drive it since she's not on familiar terms with a clutch. We dig our scooter...Sponge Bob Square Car!

Just picked it up,had 4 miles on it. I was hoping I'd get a cool number like 666...but got beat to it :P

If the weather wasn't so bad I'd be racking up some miles on it right now :x

Call R & H, 410 363 2000, ask for Joey, told me Monday he had 2 more coming, Koons in Westminster had 1 in back lot, didn't buy there although I tried, they apparently aren't interested in selling cars and neither is Carmax in Laurel.

I picked up #854 a little over a week ago. Manual. I found it online and fell in love. Then made a mad dash calling dealers around here. I dropped into one two saturdays ago and they happened to have a manual. Yay!

I get the short bus jokes all the time. I work at a model train store so i think i'm gonna put vinyl in the rear window that says "This vehicle stops at all railroad crossings"

RS2.0 5-spd base price is $15,620

Add on your options, dealer fees, applicable taxes, and licensing fees and that's your out the door costs. The nice thing about buying a Scion is it isn't rocket science. Just simple math.

Solar Yellow 2.0, auto, security, 6-changer, 6year 100k extended warranty, were my opitons,

The only thing I didnt get was the Fog Lights, because the dealer didnt have them and I have found them priced online for about $218.00, so I didnt get them, yet

I live in Houston Texas,
I am sixfootsix tall and I reeally like the headroom that this vehicle offers to me versus, "trying on" other vehicles to see if they fit me.

The Xb fits just fine all around....

Still not here. The dealer called yesterday and said that the car did come in yesterday as he thought it would. The computer still shows the car at the dealer, but he said they where expecting 6 truck load and only 4 arrived yesterday. He hopes mine will be in today 12Apr. I hope its been a month tomorrow waiting for it. They got a 5 speed before the automatic I have on order. The 5 speed turned up two weeks ago

Just picked mine up last night. #370. I named it skippy.

MINE IS IN !!!! Finally, the dealer called and said it came in this morning, they are adding the options and the sunroof and I can pick it up on Thursday or Friday.
