Well first off I love my 2005 XB. Just I really do not know much about cars besides most of my basic maintenance. I am not really sure where to begin on what to try and learn and what is vital. But I do have a issue that has been bothering me for sometime and the dealership has pretty much sucked ___ at helping me. My XB is a first gen and its white, but i have these yellow specks ( i think its rust) coming through It has been like this since i picked it up 3 years ago. Other than this my car is in great shape it has low miles (37K) and i have had no problems with it, but this just drives me nuts the sales lady at the dealership( i am sure she knew less about cars then me) just said "oh use some white wall cleaner on it" well over the years it has spread all over my car and i do not want it to become a rust hunker or die its a great car and like i said its pretty much new just really unsure what to do or where to even start and also this past week i had a small black piece off the front of my car pop off and fall out. ( its the lower bumper black grate the right side) unsure where to get this part it popped out before but it was hanging on by a thread and i just popped it back in. Well i hope this is the right place to start to learn and maybe actually get more of a interest in cars started, so HI everyone =)
