how do you black out the tail lights on a tC? i'm going for the stealth look, super dark windows and black smoked out tail lights. i saw a picture of tail lights like this and i was just wondering if there's a company that sells them or if it is most likely custom work.

if you want em pretty dark you'd probably be better off doing a search on the Net on how to do it yourself. It involves washing and sanding down the tails and then using several coats of tail light smoked spray.. there are a lot of good DIY articlews on this subject i'd recommend just doing a Google search on it. Good luck!

Thanks. I may have to order those overlays from bluebatmobile.com. They're fairly cheap and look real nice. The blackout for the third brakelight is pretty slick too.

dont be fooled, they're very hard to put on. Unless u had experience w/ tinting. But then again you can always take it to a local shop to install them. gLuck

Dont get em from blue batmobile. They do not fit the car. Go to clear-guard.com and select the tail light overlays for the tC. They're thicker, and more durable than Bats overylays, plus they actually fit on the car...

I think so too :). People who tend to have bad luck installing my Overlays always seem to point the finger at me. I do my best to get a great product out, and people who've delt with me know I'm great with Customer Service as well. I have a sign shop here in San Diego that does all my installs for my local customers. All are pleased with my product :).
