Hey there, I gotta upgrade my brakes soon cuz they just started squeaking and I searched here and clubxb and my eyes are starting to hurt from reading :) so since I can't find info I need I will start yet another thread on rotors. I'll go staright for questions...

1.Can't find websites that sell xb brake systems, used to look at 365Motorwerks, no brakes on their site now.
2.Need quality rotors recommendation, stoptech or powerslot or...... ?
3.Need quality pads recomendation, Axxis, Hawk or ..... ?
4.Do the rotors you reccomend rust ? I hate washing a car and finding the rotors rusted after and rusty water on my rims.
5.Do the pads create a lot of dust ?
6.SS brake lines, do I need em ? what is the purpose ?
7.Do I need to flush/change break fluid ?

This is one of the mods I'm getting ready to do. I've heard great things about stoptech slotted and that's the direction I'm going. Hawk and axxis are both great.

As for the SS lines, they improve the level of response/grip on the rotors giving greater control while sacraficing forgiveability. Step on the breaks and you will stop. There is less play in the break pedal thanks to increased pressure allowance in the line.

Changing out the fluid can be done if needed.

So SS lines is more lets say hard core ? from the way you described it, not sure if I would really need it.
