hey guys after one of my component speakers blew i decided to go back to stock for now ..only thing is , i ruined the stock tweeters so i am forced to use the aftermarket ones ...i figured i could tie them in from the tweeter lead from the stereo ...but there are 4 wires ( 2 or each color) all tied into the harness ...when i connect the tweeter to 2 of the four prongs in the harness they work fine but the woofer doesnt ....i know its because its tied into the tweeter and thats why it doesnt work ....whats the best solution ? any help would be great ...thanks guys

 

You need a crossover. You routed around the stock one from what ive read.

 

i dunno if you figured it out yet, but all you need to do is jump the wires through the harness
