OK, got them installed last night. Pretty easy. Just followed the instructions for TRD springs install from the tech files posted on here.

Nice looking, silly question about removal of old springs. Do you use the spring compressor while the strut is still on the vehicle, or do you slip the strut out first then use the spring compressor to take off the springs? I am getting coilovers soon, and picked up the spring compressor tool to get prepared to do the install. On my old car that had struts you had to compress the springs just to get the struts off the car. And for that we used a different style spring compressor.

Remove the strut and use the compressor. Doing it on the car would be a biotch.

Thanks for the compliments all. I am really satisfied with the results, ride is almost stock and it looks great. Really changed the feel and attitude of the car. Even the wife is liking it. We were thinking about a graphic of some sort and the drop has changed what we were thinking.

ohh ok, i've been reading mixed responses on just changing out the springs.
some say its fine, some say the shocks wear out faster. it always has me rethinking doing springs even though my xb is like a 4x4

Unless you're beating on them, the OE shocks should last quite awhile. Further, eventually, all shocks need to be replaced, so not much point in sweating it !

Thanks for the pictures. You have helped in my decision to buy the Eibach Sportlines. I hope to post some pics once I get mine installed.

oh yeah forgot that I also have a 2011 Super White and I have the same rims but my center caps are solid black. Our xB's should look similar once I get it lowered.

I just installed the Eibach Sportlines this weekend. I must say that these are not like stock like others have said. I feel ever bump in the road. The ride is not terrible but there is definetely a difference from stock. Will the ride smooth out? I am wondering if I should of went with the Tenabe NF210 instead.

If you're looking for a gentle ride, the NF210 are probably your best bet next to stock.

I see a lot of people on here say that their ride is like stock with the Sportlines. Mine is more rough and the main thing I notice is they are bouncy. Any suggestions on why? Does anyone think I would even notice any difference if I switched to NF210's?
