No the phones never been dropped ever. You can tell by it not having any scratches. All pixels work and buttons with no water damage what so ever. It's black back cover. Not unlocked or jail broken. Never did it cause the phone still has warranty and I heard if you jailbreak it or unlock it you loose your warranty. Send me pictures to m.cederna@gmail.com.
