Default Car audio places in Portland

My dad is looking at upgrading his headunit and speakers on his '01 Jeep Cherokee. The only two car audio places I'm familiar with in Portland are Best Buy and Car Toys. However, there is also a local franchise called Stereo King. Anyone familiar with them?

Any other recommendations for car audio shops in Portland?

Stereo King is having a huge tent sale this weekend, may want to check them out. I've never bought from them and never used any of the Portland area installers. Also, Outragious Audio is in Portland, if you haven't seen their commercials, you're not staying up late enough, lol.

These commercials are reason enough not to buy from them ... most annoying commercials ... EVER!

Car Toys, Outrageous audio, and Stereo king are average and probably a notch higher than best buy in terms of quality installation. Mobile West off of broadway has always done good work. Can't really vouch for anybody else since i've been out of the car audio game for a long time.

No, not looking to get wild. Just replace speakers/headunit.

You can always shop online if you're looking for cheap products. I bought an amp, sub, sub box, and 6.5" speakers pretty cheap. And fast and free shipping. sonicelectronix.com
