it does 110 in 4th, and ive gotten it to about 122 or so. anything after that im not sure about, i switched out of 4th at about 105 and i was in 5th gear for a while before i hit 120. You can rev it out close to 7 grand, but u can definitely feel the power loss, and there is some sort of rev limiter i believe.

i have hit my rev limiter, and hit about 130mph, but i did it in 5th so it took a while to get up to speed as compared to 4th gear.

I'm lucky then...

My Apexi RSM logs my peak RPMS and I can constantly hit 6589 rpms before fuel cut. Maybe I'm lucky?

Well I've cleared the RSMs memory and drove it again. The tach on the RSM mathes exactly to the stock tach...

I hit rpms like that if I just rev the motor in first, dump the clutch, and site on the rev limiter for a few seconds. Maybe the ECU just doesn't respond fast enough when you're hitting the limit so quickly. I dunno, I know the thing is accurate, and it's not from over reving.

On another note though, it only happens in 1st gear hitting the rev limiter. In all other gears it does cut out right around the 6250-6300 mark.

I passed a Celica on the way to an AutoX once doing about 105. I saw in my mirror he started to speed up, so I sped up to 115. He gave up and backed off. When we got to the track he said "How fast were you going? Because I was doing 135 trying to catch up with you."

The tC is electronically limited at 127, I took it up there once, and yes, it does cut off.
