I recently bought a preowned 04 Scion Xb of which the dealer only had 1 key and 1 remote for the keyless entry. I inquired about buying a second one and they said it would cost me around 200 after everything is said and done. :doh:

I recently ordered the CrimeGuard security system which uses the factory keyless entry and remotes.

Do you all know of a cheaper place to get remotes so that I can program myself instead of getting bent over by the dealer?

...perhaps you can jimmy-rig a "Clapper", that'd be pretty neat. :)

You can probally take them to the dealer and have them reprogram them.
