Well, Shirley and I went to this event today. OK, we didn't actually go to it, drove by and into the parking lot, but it was full of cars. When asked where we could park, we were told to try to find something on the street. This was after receiving a PM from someone tied to the event saying that they wanted owners to come by and show off their rides. Where, 6 blocks away? Downtown Portland is not the place to have a ride and drive event. Seems like they could've had the event in a more uncongested part of town, not smack dab in the middle of town. Sorry for the rant, 80 mile drive for nothing in the rain tends to get to me.

Its going on tomorrow also, same place and time, 11 am to 7 pm.

 

I was worried about the parking myself..I tried going yesturday after work but I didn't make it
I get off work at 5pm everyday so I doubt I'll make it tonight..let me know how it is Robbie if ya go again!

 

Yeah, not going. I was off yesterday, thats why we went then, work until 11pm most days during the week. The parking lot they are set up in may have parking after 5pm and Ringler's is just down the road, good food and great beer.
