Well Auto Cross Season is about to start again. On Sunday March the 20th the first Auto Cross event starts in Louisville. This is a fun run and will not be held for points, but it is a good Warm up, and a great way to help further get the scion name out to the comunity, this is plenty of advanced notice, so lets get everyone sighned up for this one.

I will be attending if my box is back from the body shop, if not then I hope to co drive someones car.

Sweet. Can't wait to go and have fun. Maybe george will get offended if we show up. Plus i think we all could pitch in and get one of those easy assemble tents for the team. We can use it at SCCA and car shows. Just an idea.



I urge as many people that can attend to go. You can improve your driving skills as well as tighten bonds with peole within the community.

I was planning on racing in the CKR SCCA, not louisville region--but no schedule up yet. (Slackers). Shannon, are you going to be racing? Hopefully I will get short shifter put in b/f season starts.

i thought the CKR schedule was updated. I am out for this year, but I plan on watching at both areas if possible.

I had no idea you guys are into autocross. If I can make it I'm there. Might want to start an official roll call for it.

Good to hear from ys! Haven't heard from ya in a while. When is the next big meet in TN?

Our next meet is at Memphis Motorsports Park, we are going drag racing at the test and tune. Should be loads of fun. Was going to a meet in Knoxville the same day as your autocross, but want to auto cross instead.

so are you going to come to ours or yours? If not this time, hope so next.

Pete. They do an inspection and you have to take out your floormats, rim center caps if possible and I think subs. not sure about the subs. The first car starts at 11. We are usually there around 7-8 to get a good spot and to get as many spots as possible for the whole group. Plus it makes it easier to be early to register in time. I believe registration ends at 9.

Everyone, Cost is usually $20 to $25. A good price for 5 runs.

Also, if anyone has a helmet, it has to be Snell2000. They do have loaner helmets though.

Depending on where the event is. If it is at the stadium or UPS we can meet at that Burger King near U of L where we met for the TN event.
