Opr8r 02-28-2005, 10:58 PM In Japan, VIP tuning kinda started out and was associated with the luxury cars/wagons. It's definitely based on looks. (Flush and often cambered wheel fitments, air suspension super low stances) D-Up interiors (usually leather) that look more like fancy hotels.
