Default My 6 foot 7 300 lb friend wants a tC

Any tall f*ckers out there with a tC?

He wants to know how comfortable it is and how easy it would be to move the seat rails back for more legroom etc...

He's already sat in one and was fairly comfortable, just wants to be able to move the seat back a bit more if possible.

Thnx!

He's already sat in one and its close to fitting.

He'd just like to know if moving the seat rails back an inch or two is feasible in this car.

That's all we're looking for here..

OK... can we just relax? It should have been obvious that "f*cker" wasn't meant to be an insult there. I apologize if it wasn't clear.

Lets move on.

I'm 6'4" but slender in build... I think he should be okay considering the seats arent extreme on the lateral support. The height for me is fine as long as I keep the moon roof flap open ;)

I'm extremely obese but still happy with tC. Just do not expect a good 1/4 mi time.

i am 6'2'' and have a hard time fitting into the tC, but I am long in the torso, most people that are tall are tall in the legs, and they should be able to fit. We just sold one to a lady that was 6'4'' and she fit in it with no problem!

I'm average height and weight and I fit fine. I know that doesn't answer your question but seeing as how being 6 something is better in most other places, especially sports, just thought I'd rub it in.

I'm 6'-7" and around 220 lbs. I do NOT fit in a tC. There is not enough head room for me. Of course, I like to sit more upright and hate to drive a vehicle with the drivers seat reclined in order to provide enough headroom. The ability to fit is not necessarily dictated by the tale of the tape however. I am fairly evenly split between upper body and lower body. Some people are longer in the leg so they can fit with enough headroom but want more legroom, whereas others are taller in the torso and are fine in the legroom department but need more headroom.

Just as a side note, if the seat was able to go back further in the tC it would amplify the headroom issue since the roof slopes down quite a bit toward the back of the vehicle. I experience the same thing the first time I tried to sit in a VW Beetle. It looks like it should have a ton of headroom but with the seat all the way back, the headroom drops off because of the slope of the roof and I was not able to fit.

I'm 6'6" / 260lbs and I find the tC to be comfy.

I would never pick a tC over an xB, but we have different priorities.

Utility and passenger room/comfort are the most important to me.

My friend wants something sporty. He has a 2nd gen Eclipse now but it is falling apart and its a money pit. I'm trying to get him into a Toyota!
