We have not recieved the C.F Dash Kit for our car the Scion tC.
We would like this product so we can get underway
on this tC for the 2005 Car Show Season.

The e-mail stated that the product has been shipped -- That was on Feb 13th

It is now Feb 25th, and still NO product.
We didn't recieve any Tracking Number along with the purchase.
Also, your Telephone # on qworzmc.com does not even work.

You also made contact with Zach Fitzgibbons about you contacting
Q Workz Master Creations and it was shipped out LAST Friday
But no Tracking Number.

I am now passing this along to Bank of America (my credit card company),
local law enforcement, and will be contacting an attorney.

If you do NOT give us a tracking number for our product
or do NOT refund the $294.00, we WILL be pressing legal charges

Also, when we do, I will be going around and taking other complaints
from people who have been more the less term "screwed" over by you
and they to will be helped out.

As of right now I hold control of Bank of America, local law enforcement
and the attorney from coming after you. If we do NOT receive our product
Friday, March 4, 2005, I can gaurentee you now that all parties in my favor
will be coming after you.

I've heard nothing but negatives about TCTuners.. You guys should really buy a book on the art of business and one about rebuilding your reputation. Ive tracked your site from the beginning and was really excited about someone taking the modifiation of our tCs to another level.....I was considering getting one of the Kaeon bumper covers from you but with all the complaints.....not ne more

you should have talked to him at exposed...he was there....i happend to talk to him and he was kool....you know sometimes things happen..it took me bout 2 months just to get my video in my car.....

i am also now waiting for shipment from them a month later....i have left voicemails, e-mail, and PM's no response. I will also be taking legal action soon.

uh.. yeah... a phone #... I'm sure they're totally satisfied now. They've ALL already said you wont answer the damn phone. You could give them 50 #'s, if you don't answer....

some corrective criticism tctunerz. get rid of the automated system in favor of a real operator, i have a feeling that will help alot with some of these "complaints"

Damn. So how does it feel? I mean, your entire customer base exists on this website. And, most of us on this website have heard the horrible stories of your business practices. So, honestly, how does it feel? Best thing for you to do would be to pack your $hit up and move on to pimpin' parts for Honda Civic's or Dodge Neon's or Geo Metro's. Your in the wrong business at this point... Seriously, how the f*ck does it feel?
