I'm painting my waterfall this weekend just waiting for my flint mica paint to come in the mail. I have all the metirial I need: sad paper, wax and grease remover, adhension promoter, and the paint that's coming in the mail and gloss. My question is what kind of primer do I use? Just regular gray or the sandable primer? Any input would help :)

it's not required to use primer when painting interior pieces because the material itself will make paint stick. If you do want to use a primer, any brand would be fine.

Thanks, so after sanding and cleaning I'm ready to paint and clear coat? Just woried that the light sanding will leave an orange peel

when i painted a few interiors i would sand them down and then clean it with rubbing alcohol so it would have no dust on it and then used the gray sandable primier , after sand down the primer smooth so no orange peel or runs would be on the panel before putting a few coats of paint on it. if you still get orange peel then just wetsand it again with a 1500-2000 grit sandpaper to try and get least sanding marks as possible and then spray a light coat of clear and wait for it dry, and add about 2 coats after and wait for it to dry to wetsand all off the orange peel on it and polish and buff it after with a buffer for a while.

I was just going to use this tutorial on the site here: http://www.howtocar.net (just scroll down a bit and you'll see it). Also gives links for all the items you need which is great for blondes like me. 8)

i wouldn't worry about using a primer, because more than likely your promoter will do what you need.
