Anything that you buy other than 5 Axis and possibly a few Kaminari ones, will be god awful. The fitting will be a _____ and you'll end up spending twice as more $$ to get it to fit.

Either get a nice subtle 5Axis lip kit or just let it be. But then again it's your money and car.

good luck.

1GreeKtC, thanks for the reply. I expected to get that reply. Can any of you guys/gals help me out in finding a kit that is nice (not top of the line, just to add some style) and will NOT require so much modification in order to fit my TC? I'm tight on money but i don't want to pay a bunch extra for fitting it to the car. Help! a body kit or lip kit, either is fine.

There's an OEM (original equipment manufacturer) lip kit available for the tC. The car doesn't come with it, it's an add-on option.

i'll tell you guys up front (dont think im being rude, im telling you im not) i don't have the cash to spend $500 for a lip kit or body kit for my car. My factory front bumper got demolished in a bump-up so I'm getting this fixed through insurance. can anyone recommend something reasonable? any pics would be great. I'm already looking at some of the body kit and lip kit threads on here....there are a lot of pics but not many peeps tell where they got it and how much they spent. PLEASE help me out guys! Thanks

OEM - $850 + shipping
5Axis - $875 + shipping
RS1 - $400 + shipping
JP - $870 + shipping
RS1 CF - $700 + shipping

As you can see, they're all $400 and above. Only one is pre-painted, and that's the OEM.

Well apparently you did not understand. OEM kits come from the dealer, aka Toyota.

Ebay has a couple kits but like people already said, most are bad fitments and will end up costing you more money. I would say go for the OEM kit for the clean look. If money is an issue, save up for a while. If u cant save up.. just dont get one.

Dang, it seems like every time I read a post like this.. the OP makes me really mad. Bottom line, you want a lip kit but money is a factor. Let me tell, most if not all of us here are all searching for deals for parts such as lip kits, fogs, turbos, etc.. there is not really much we can do except give you information which you SHOULD already know if you did any searching at all. For example the GFX kit is a dealer option but I expect most TC owners who decides to mod or enters a car forum should know this already.

Having a low budget and lazy to search for your own information is not a good combination

i agree with the majority. there's no way you're going to get a decent lip kit for what you want to pay. if you're worried about your front bumper, why don't you just get a front lip for right now?
