Soooo, since i have been building the engine on the scion for a few months now, after a few set backs etc. I decided to buy a new car and leave the scion for my brother to finish/enjoy. Needed a car for work and was sharing it with my bro for a while.

The is350 is only 6" longer than my tc, I measured, yet it has a way bigger trunk, still dunno how that works lol.

I almost bought my wife that, but there's absolutley no room for passengers in the back seats. great car, performs amazing, and you can drift that sucka. Enjoy and congrats. Insurance should be cheaper too.

Yea, but it was worth every penny. I had a 93 lexus before the tC so I knew Lexus was the way to go. The turbo scion is fun, but reliability is always a question.

Very nice, a friend of mine sold his IS350 for an ISF not to long ago.

Overpriced. Underpowered. no aftermarket! But it looks good! I like them but not for the things I mentioned. The G is better in my book cause they have an aftermarket! I only buy a vehicle if it has an aftermarket.

My friend's 3.5L was actually modded just fine with bolt on's. The aftermarket is not that extensive as it is for Nissan but it is there.

yea maybe and intake and exhaust and few exterior upgrades. I love the look but again underpowered and overpriced. The G is pricey but you can turbo or supercharge that thing!!

You have much to learn grasshopper, coming from a Lexus gs, before getting the scion, I have learned that you do not modify a lexus..... All you do is screw it up, thats why I got mine with the x package, it has all the suspension work already done + wheels + small body additions. Also, in the Lexus I don't even feel like driving fast, just want to chill and enjoy the ride. However, I beg to differ about it being underpowered. It has plenty of power and is faster than a G :P Actually, think about this it is only 6" longer than my tC, a couple hundred pounds heavier, yet it has about as much power as my tc did at 8psi. Besides, if I want faster I can always jump into the scion and crank it to 15psi or so (that is until i get a return fuel system and can go even higher)

Eventually you will find that the reliability you loose from going F/I and high HP on a car will force you to buy another car for in between when the F/I is down, and it will be down.

Can't update when waiting on parts/machinging and there is nothing to update. Next couple of weeks should see plenty of updates, hope the scion is back up and running by then.
