sorry but impossible so tell without seeing or hearing it. Take it back to the installer. 92 buck for install had better been perfect.

Don't waste your money on 93 octane gas. It won't do any good in an engine not designed to take advantage of it.

Octane = resistance to detonation.

Higher octane is only beneficial if the engines compression and timing take advantage of it.
Otherwise your wasting your money.
In fact it can even hurt your cars performance..

damn, well i guess im taking it back to him then........... but for the gas, it seems to perform better with the octane, plus a supercharger calls for the higher octane..............i did feel a difference when i went from 87 to 89 and the car has more torque at higher speeds , but i dunno that noise is ____ing the hella outta me...........

Yes, forced induction does call for high octane for sure. But on a stocker xB, there is no need for anything but regular. Unless you bumped your timing or compression...

Mine does that too... On the left front side, when I turn full lock to the left and back up, something is rubbing... Doesn't happen when I go forward, just back... I trimmed a bunch of plastic, but it's still there... I'm pretty sure it's just plastic just rubbing, but I'm too lazy to check on it...
