Looking for some help with an amp.
I'm looking for an amp to power all my door speakers.
pioneer avh-p4100dvd
thats my HU
Running infinity 6022i in the front and stock in the back. I will be putting the same infinity speakers in the rear doors as well.
So my question is out of these amps will any of them work? and what type of wiring kit will i need seeing as i never have done this before. I'm thking of putting the amp ontop of the spare tire or depending on its size maybe underneath the rear seats.
My choices

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/New-1...item2eae71f10e
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/IMPAC...item2ead43dd5f
None of these come with wiring kits so i need one of those too. suggestions with your amp of choice?
Thanks

Aw man, don't go cheap on the amps. Save up some papers and grab a Sundown SAX 100.4 You won't be dissapointed. As far as the amp kit, I use pretty much only KnuKonceptz wiring in my car. Look at this page, any one of the 4channel 4ga kits will work great with the 100.4. The cheaper KLM kit uses copper/aluminum wiring which is fine for the 100.4, but is less flexible. Shouldn't be an issue with 4gauge, with 1/0 its a little more important. It also carries less current, but its fine with the power that the 100.4 is using.

Also, heres a great place to pick up the 100.4, with free shipping to the Con. 48.

how about http://www.crutchfield.com/p_105KSA3...02.html?tp=115
or
http://www.crutchfield.com/p_2068ZX2...-4.html?tp=115
seeing as there is no way im throwing 350 on an amp. Thats just to much for an amp for my taste. Im not building a banging system. i just need to be able to hear it with the windows down doing 85 or so. Maybe a bass control cause the 6022i hits real heard for its size. Just something to boost its power.

Bro, I agree with the Hawaiian guy, don't cheap out on an amp. I'm a kicker/fosgate guy, but that's just me.
You'll need these things:
4 channel amp
8 awg wiring kit
lots of 12 awg speaker wire
Install some sound deadening while you're inside the doors to reduce vibrations.

Of all the amps you listed first the only one that isn't a piece of crap is the LA Sound piece. They were actually good quality amps while they were made, the others are cheap pieces that tend to breakdown a lot. It is a little low on power being a 4 x 20W unit, but with the Infinity being a 2-ohm speaker you'll get 40W to each front speakers. The Kicker amp from crutchfield would be worth the extra money just so that you have a factory warranty and a newer unit if you can part with the extra money.

If you buy by price alone, you'll always have to spend more later on (cheap stuff breaks). Most of your legacy brands (Kicker, RF, Infinity, etc.) will cost more than the newer brands. The advantage of a legacy brand is experience in making the equipment. The disadvantage is they charge more for it, that and the honor of owning some of their stuff. Still, they are of high quality. The newer brands on the market, like the mentioned Sundown amp are selling at a lower price to build their reputation in the market. Once that's done, their prices too, will rise (sorry, it's how business operates).
I'm afraid that going windows down at 85 mph with only a pair of 6's is not going to cut it, even with a big amp. Wind noise alone will hit about 75-80dB. You'll blow the Infinity's trying to play at any good volume over that level. Get a good amp (60-100 watts per channel, low distortion) from a good company, add a small sub later on and roll up the windows!
