why would somebody bash on your car??? I love type S`s... they are sick... dosent really look dropped, id get some teins for it and maybe some Gold or gunmetal volks would set it off... and dont forget the engine....... so many routes you can take that car but I say JDM is def the way to go.... keep it fast and pretty cuz...... haha i never new there was a JDM coin holder.. thats pimp... my crew got some nice RSX`s check out the site (www.kutsujuracing.com)

i wrote that cuz there seems to be some tension here w/ rsx's and tc's. gold volk ce28n's are the rims i'm saving for. not quite there yet, but soon. thanks for the compliments.

it is dropped. i'm using eibach pro kit. those beefy tires aren't helping. it will be more noticeable once i put my lip kit and rims on it. :pray:

yeah, the brown interior you talking about is titanium colored. wish black was available for all the colors. i've raced my car many times but never have dyno'ed it. wanna get at least race header and exhaust before i do. my hondata and v2 intake isn't enough for me right now. :P

Don't you live in california? If you put a race header on you still can pass emissions but not the visual. Tennesse requires emissions so I am not sure how that will work if I get that kind of header. I plan on getting the tc tunerz header b/c it has a high flow cat. It dynos at 7hp more also but tq I am not sure and I will still pass emission and visual.

yeah, i live in cali but what people here do is weld just the cover of a converter onto the pipes to make it seem like they have one. :P and for passing smog, guys around here will pass anything for $100. :bow:

you should do the same and weld on the cover of a converter to your race header and find a shop that will pass it for smog. you don't have to smog your car for awhile anyways so you will be straight. :P

Are you talking about the dc on a tc?

Just relocate the 2nd o2 sensor behind the second cat and you should be fine. The second 02 sensor just checks to make sure that the air is cleaner than the front.

They're as close as you can get without spending a billion dollars. The A-spec is as close as we'll ever get in the US to a Type-R with the DC5's.

Looks really clean. I think you should get different rims, then it would look a lot hotter.

just saw the pics, not really diggin the color scheme. its got black, white, gold, and silver. maybe if the wheels didnt have that silver lip, or were all black or silver i'd like it better. IMO the wheels take a lot away from it.

sup man! yeah, it's been awhile for me. i've gotten some cosmetic mods. got my jdm red valve cover, jdm spark plug cover, jdm oil dip stick, mugen reservoir covers, mugen radiator cap, rays engineering black lug nuts, and got rid of my aem v2 intake and got an aem cai. so how you been man? what's new with you?

Nothin, got the magnaflow exhaust on my ride, putting in the transmission stuff finally sometime soon (Ive had the parts in my room for like 2 months :P) and gonna do the P&P and valve work done in hanford. But been pretty good. nice to see yah back.

sounds good man. you have some very nice future mods on your list. i'm thinking of going a whole new direction w/ my car. i wanted to set it up for speed so i can tear it up at the 1/4 mile track but now i'm thinking of auto-x'ing my ride and dump money on suspension and stop tech big brake kit. i'll still get some performance mods for it but not all out like i originally planned. you forgot to remind me about the scion car show. how was it? did you win anything?

The car show was good. had lots of raffle prizes. Lots of people who were supposed to show didn't. *Damn you Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift!" yah auto X is the way to go! Straight line racing is so circa 1990 :P

Haha, if you plan on boosting, then get the EvoTT, since it's for FI. Personally, I prefer CTSC over JRSC because that CF cover is hoootttt.. that and I'm sure you've seen the dyno and CTSC gets the same number with 1psi less.. and since your in central cali, Comptech is not too far from you (NorCal) so parts and support are close!

You make a good point. I do know from being a former owner of a focus svt, jackson racing's support sucks monkey balls....they don't really care and they go out of their way to let you know it lol

Haha.. ScionsBeFast.. I agree with you that any car can be fast, but if you wanna get serious with straight line racing, the RWD is the way to go. But i mean, welcome to ScionLife.. You won't be reading about any fast RWD cars here.. haha

Any car can be made fast given the time, money and the right knowledge of parts.. just curious, what kinda background do you have seeing as you've given the RSX a :loser:. The reason why I like this RSX is well.. yes, given it is JDM, but ownder just didn't go to some shop, and be like, make my RSX JDM. He obviously did research about it, and put time into how he wanted to style his car. I do notice that JDM is getting really played out on any car now, but hey, if the owner feels good about their own car, props to that. To each their own.

Well, yeah....

the RSX = sports compact, not a sports car, what's your point?

Sports compact. the economical car that can still be sporty. I doubt a mustang GT can achieve similar mpg and traction in poor weather compared to the usual sports compact car. I know it can probably run faster 1/4 times for a cheaper price, but it's all about compromise between driveability and pure performance.

i'm leaving it white. i like the clean look. i don't like extreme colors on cars. as a matter of fact, i used to have projectors on it but didn't like the look. i decided to get the jdm lights instead w/ HID's.
