Default ingalls rear brace

i haven't seen any one talked about these for a while
most of people favor springs > rear brace

for $126
http://lightningmotorsports.com/i-60277.aspx

are they worth it?

there is a DIY for how to install this.

As for your question, personally, I would not get this till I get my rear sway bar on. But that's just me though.

It is "worth" the Money...Make sure u get the Rear Sway bar too!

The combination of Lowering Springs, Sway bars & the Rear Brace makes a HUGE handling difference...of course GOOD Tires help a lot!

The Back end of the tc feels sloppy to me but, with the rear sway bar, this brace. i have been told that it make the car a lot better for the track. these along with springs or a decent set of coil overs will make racing the car at the local autocross or track a lot better. It will defiantly strengthen up the back end if installed right. If you are just driving the car around the streets i don't see much of a reason for you to have them, But worth is all what you make of it. I say this on the single fact that it is dependent on the person. For example i have people tell me at the local track that removal of the rear seats and everything else was worth it but they refuse to remove the 200lb speaker system from the back of the car. Just dont got to the track and look like this.

Ohh btw after looking at the ad i have never seen the ingalls rear brace for much less that 165 usually. Might want to do some research before buying for this place. I only say that because ingalls doesn't make anything for the strut towers and even if it was the right part part i dont understand why it would " make any engine bay look amazing" when it goes in the back.

Thumbs up

I run Tein coilovers on 245/40/17 tires,
Hotchkis front & rear sway,
Energy suspension bushings full set plus engine and trans mount,
Tanabe front upper brace,
Ingalls engine damper,
and Ingalls rear brace.

All worth it.
Car handles like magic.
