Default HEADERS

I just put on some DC headers with a magnaflow catback exhaust and I drove for about 60 miles and my CEL light came on, does this mean there is something wrong with my engine/headers or do DC headers make your CEL light come on anyway and nothing is wrong with my car? Any help would be great!!

the dc header causes the CEL light. your engine is fine. i believe the only way to turn the CEL off is to buy an antifouler for the O2 sensor.

nervous,if you did your research prior to installing the header, you would know it will trick the CEL light and need to do the antifouler trick,i dont think a header is even worth it,but hey thats just me,but then again its a header not headers
