Default Dezod tC - with pics, turbo is very soon!

This has been a slow project of mine and with the winter it's been tough.

Current mods are as follows:
Apexi RSM-GP with G sensor
HP Evo 18x8" wheels
Hankook Ventus tires
Police grade 4-strobe strobelight system (installed by state police lighting installer!)
Blitz Nur-spec custom exhaust
Scion 4-pc lip kit
OEM Foglights
H&R springs
Hotchkis front upper strut bar
AEM battery tie down and oil cap
Cathode tube blue interior lights with LEDs
OBX aluminum pedals
OEM rear-view upgrade, with HomeLink system
Sensoro Bullet cordless radar detector
Custom 30A Relay system for small electronics
JL 500/5 "Dash series" amp
JL 10W3 sub (light and removable for racing).
XM MyFi system with hardwire kit
Monstercable wiring
Viper alarm with screen and 2-way pager
Silver body decals

The tC will be in HIN in Boston, MA on April 30th this year. It will be boosted EXTREMELY soon, with a lot of supporting mods. The ICE will be upgraded with a Kenwood 7015 flush DVD system, with components and coaxial upgrades to the rear. A custom race camera will be installed in the OEM opening for the front tow hook. That should make for some good vids this year. If you guys have questions, comments, or one to buy any of the parts you see, I can get them for you, or at least help you find it. Now here's the pics the sum up what I have...

The exhaust sounds insane by the way! No rasp or rough noise at all. It burbles at low rpms, much like a boxoer motor (Imprezas) and has a high end scream somewhat like a high output V6.

Thanks guys. I'll be there with my new team.

We have a few nice things to bring to the show. Our whole goal is how well the mods work with eachother. The philosphy is to add a little bit of everything, without adding too much. Keep it clean but make it stand out.

You'll see what I mean when you see the small group at the show. Hopefully I can meet some fellow tC owners there. I'll refer back to this thread in April and PM everone planning on going to the show to let you guys know what to look for.

I would go lower but the width of the car has been extended so under heavy braking and turning I can rub the front tires against the top of the fender. A race suspension with very aggressive bars will be installed to help cope with that. And a small and subtle custom fender flare might be the final option late spring if I still can't rid the problem. It handles great as is, but it needs to be a little stiffer with a better turn-in response.

H&R sport springs. I was told they were race springs when I bought them, which was incorrect from my vendor. They're red like the race spring line, but are indeed the sport drop, which is perfect for this wheel combination.

The tires are hankook 225/40/18. Wheelznext.com for $1099 shipped, balanced with lugs. If you call, which I reccommend, dial extension 204, ask for Leo and tell him that Joe that bought HP wheels for his tC sent you to him. He's a pretty good guy and took care of me.

Yeah I've been debating on which will work better with the car. I think the S2000 antenna will look a little cleaner IMO. I don't think an antenna should be something decorative on a car, just simple and clean. The more I talk about it, the more I urge for the S2000. It's a small mod I'll do when I'm bored haha.

I ordered the Dark silver but got these, and it worked out better this way. I spoke to Leo on the phone about this and he said the wrong order got shipped out but was more than happy to take care of me for the dark silvers if need be. This worked out well for me though, and it works well with the exhaust...

About the "fart can". I'm also not a fan of oversized mufflers. But with a turbo car you want the best airflow possible and being a straight muffler helps to attain this. On another note, it's not a cheap knock-off muffler. Blitz is an incredible FI company and makes really high quality product. Everything I've bought from them has worked flawlessly on different cars. This to me looks better than my Turbo N1 Apexi muffler I had on my Civic. The Blitz Nur-Spec is designed for high output 4 cylinders like the Evo, STi, DSMs, etc... It flows very well with absolutely no hint of a ricey/raspy sound. I'll try to get a video clip on wednesday or friday.
