I was thinking about starting a business out here Fort Carson / Colorado Springs Area. For drunk people, everyone always says take a cab home, but I know that nobody ever wants to leave their car. They have a place in Denver that does this, but I think Denver is too big of a city to start in. They probably won't last. Here in Colorado Springs though its different. I want to have it where its by membership (free),
and whenever you call I come and drop someone from the company off with you to drive your own car home. There are a few big bumps in the way of creating this, like a $300,000 insurance policy and insurance on the company. Then in 5-10 years I would like to franchise out to every town with a army base and eventually every military base. Anyone think this is a good idea. I think it would make a killing in Colorado Springs. Hit me back if anyone is interested in this also.

a guy i work with came up with that same idea about 2 weeks ago...seems like a good idea but it will take alot of time for it to work out and you will need to pickup alot of people to break even with all of your expenses

You know that they do that in London with little Honda Z50 scooters? They drive the scooter to the drunk person, take the scooter apart and put it in bags, put the bag in the trunk and drive away with the people. Really slick.

Insurance would be the killer though, you're right. Not a bad idea at all however. Good luck!

They have something like that in New York. And it's all too easy for a taxi to take you home but that's not free.

do it, all these drunk 3rd ACR guys when they get back you would make a killing.
