Default 5x114.3 Hub Bore 70.1mm ->(redrill) 5x100 possible?

The wheels that i'm about to get are 5x114.3 with a hub bore size of 70.1mm. Is it possible that these can be redrilled to 5x100? Reason why i'm asking is because of the huge bore size. Will the redrill of 5x100 be too close? Obviously, these are BBS rims.

P.S. Please do not say "get something that is 5x100"

if they're RS's I'm pretty sure you need specific lugs because the stud holes are closer to the center and standard lugs won't fit when redrilled. as for the hub bore, you'd probably just need hub rings.
