There's a few that do. I haven't seen Anyones sleeves fail yet. But then again haven't seen many push the limits of the stock sleeves using the car as dd.

I sleeved my old motor but never installed it. ERL sleeves NEVER drop. Their process in installing sleeves is totally different than others. Still have the block as a big paperweight. I've gotten some stupid offers and I think I'd rather let it sit till end of time then take the lowball offers I get.

We run over 40psi & make 1000WHP+ at the crank and use OEM stock sleeves.

ANYONE who tells you otherwise or that you have to have them isn't someone I recommend having work on your car...or take your $for that matter.

I speak from 1st hand EXPERIENCE.

Any questions you have feel free to contact us:

mmm...not so much the case.
It ruins the structural integrity on the component. Stock OEM unmolested Block is still better.

That is somewhat true but ERL does things differently. They actually create a structural component to hold the block in it's original position and maintain it's integrity WHILE they are removing and replacing the sleeves. Only after the new sleeves are in place do they remove the structural piece that way block doesn't flex like a wet noodle while the process is taking place. It is the only way to do it properly and as far as I know only ERL does it.

The thing with the World Racing car is that it uses an Engine Management system out of nearly 99% of people reach....MOTEC. And have a tuner none of us can most likely afford. But it does indeed give us a feeling that we can push what we need to on the blocks with the standard OEM sleeves in it without trouble.

Although Jessica's tC is rumored to be 730whp, it's still unsleeved and we still have proof of it making 667whp on stock sleeves, so that's still considered exceptional strength by my standards.
