DJ_X_Trodinaire 03-01-2005, 04:21 AM always check the Tech area Under Features on the menu bar lots of goodies http://www.scionlife.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=20769 StevisXb 03-01-2005, 10:52 AM In the tech section, you will find a very detailed article on the installation of springs along with photos for each step. I used this article Sunday to install my goldline springs in the box. Cockpit_XB 03-01-2005, 02:45 PM after you get your springs installed you want to get an alignment done, trust me, sometimes you dont need one but better safe than sorry. Lonely_Raven 03-01-2005, 02:57 PM I used the same guide in the tech section to do my GoldLine this last Sunday. Super Easy! I'm scheduled to get my alignment tomorrow after work. itzjere 03-01-2005, 08:17 PM searched but didnt find. Where are they. Anything I should do after getting them on? Allignment or such? Just to let you know, I didn't get alignment after I got my TRD springs installed. I didn't even align after I installed my Koni's & H&R Springs either. The DIY is pretty straight forward. Lots of pictures which definetly helps. B2FiNiTY 03-01-2005, 08:40 PM after you get your springs installed you want to get an alignment done, trust me, sometimes you dont need one but better safe than sorry. You won't NEED to do one but you won't exactly be sorry not doing one. If you do have aftermarket rims, I might avoid doing an alignment unless it gets really out of hand because there is always a risk that the alignment machine can scratch your rims. ProtoCulture 03-01-2005, 09:05 PM There is a great tutorial here http://www.hotchkistuning.com/bin/instructions/19412.pdf Proto BrianxB 03-01-2005, 09:05 PM a TRD drop doesnt usually require an alignment. Ashe_WCM 03-02-2005, 12:28 PM I like the 1.5 degree of camber my Goldlies give me. :) |
