What's up guys, I'm new to ScionLife but not new to the mod game. I have an '06 Classic Silver Metallic. I'm about to do the dome lights in blue, gauges in blue, and waterfall LED's in blue. While I have everything apart I thought I might as well paint dash pieces. Should I go with blue? Black? What color scheme and pattern? Should I do it all? Any opinion would be GREATLY appreciated before I do it.

 

I personally dislike painting interior dash pieces, plus if you plan to sell the car in the future, it's hard to find someone with the same taste in interior color as you, with that being said, if you really want to paint it i think black would look better than blue, Ive seen some white dashes and they don't look bad either.

 

go with whatever color you would like. blue seems to be a popular color.. and rightfully so.. it looks good... if you wanna try to be different though that's your decision.

i would suggest keeping at least one map light perhaps white to make it easier to find things in the dark when you need to.

 

i will warn you too that blue dome lights get extremely annoying after awhile. I think i lasted like a month with them blue.

 

I talked about it today with my friend who also has a tC but really isn't into mods like me. From the door down to the temp **** where there's that little inlayed piece and it says scion on the door? I'm thinking I'm gonna do that black and SCION in blue. I figure it's different enough to make me happy and not to different to make it hard to sell (I did think of that Mango). And only the center dome will be blue in the front as well as the rear dome. The two map lights on either side in the front will be white LED. They actually came in today so I'm pumped to see how they look. As soon as I wash my car I will have exterior pics up and as soon as I'm done with gauges and what not I'll put up some interior ones
