Default need help scion Xa, wont move momentarily

Hello
I have 2006 Xa with 54k miles and all recommended maintenances done on schedule. I noticed this problem few weeks ago, it doesn't happen everyday but most of the time on the first run of the day car needs few seconds to start moving when put on drive, today took it even longer than previous times (4-5 sec before it moves). Again it starts fine, no problem with gear shifting and i dont know if it does the same on reverse, transmission oil level is ok, maybe little to dark but not burnt (its still has 6k to 60k maintenance change).
Any advices and recommendation will be greatly appreciated
Thanks

Have a transmission specialist look it over... also, if you have a drive train warranty... use it. I had a similar situation hit me and the transmission failed... I was less than 1K over the warranty and it ended up costing over 2K for repairs. So, get it checked... and soon.

I took it to the service, they checked transmission but found nothing. The biggest problem is that it doesnt happen each time i start the car so its hard to show them what is wrong
