does anyone know if the jdm xA armrest will fit the xb's without modification??? Or has anyone done it and have pictures of it??? thank you :pray:

Read the various armrest reviews and I think you'll agree that you would be better off with a Zeta armrest with storage.

I agree with what's said above. The Zeta would be my choice armrest for an xB.

If you are a DIYer there are also plans to build you own with plenty of storage. Cost of build around 30 bucks

That's cool. The xA one should fit. I think the seats are the same. I've heard that the zeta one is the best one of the bunch plus it has extra storage space.

I like my Boomerang armrest the best too. It has the most storage and is the best quality. Unlike the others, it actually looks like it came in the car from the factory. It also has the best price!:clap: :clap:

I have an RS 2.0 on order and I'm already stocking up on aftermarket stuff to put in when it arrives.

My question is does anyone know if the boomerang armrest matches the interior of the RS 2.0? I haven't actually seen the interior of the RS 2.0 in person, so I don't know if the grey plastic is just like all the others or if it is darker (I am assuming it's the same). Some of the pictures I've seen make it look almost black.

I am ready to buy the boomerang but I want to make sure it's going to look good.

Anyone know for sure?????

Sadly it is going to be an auto. Girlfriend doesn't drive manual and has not intention of doing so. Although, iff a five speed shows up before the auto she might have to deal with it...

I bought a five speed to finally get my wife to drive one. I always plan on having a car with a standard transmission, and she should really learn to drive it just in case of an emergency.

So far she does fine when I'm in the car... not so good without me. But there have only been three lessons.

Seems like the JJ Products armrest doesn't get a lot of press on SL anymore. I think that its the cleanest looking one out there for the xB. The fabric it comes covered with matches the seat fabric exactly. Installation is not hard. The one down side is that it does not have storage, but if your primary reason for putting in an armrest is to rest your arm and have it look stock, then definitely take a look at the JJ Products.

I picked up my friend from UofM this weekend and he thought the Zeta Storage Armrest was OEM! I really like that fact that it left my back square (cup?) holder still usable and it folds securely out of the way when I need to a lot of serious city shifting! Please read my review below:

I finally had a chance to install the armrest at approximately 9:30PM EST on St. Patricks Day. Installation took exactly 15 minutes from the time that I took the key out of the ignition of my Scion xB to the time I was sitting back in the drivers seat with my right arm resting on the armrest (that time included everything not limited to; moving my seats, finding my 7/16" socket in the dark, removing the product from the box, mandatory smoke break, and drinking a green beer for St. Patricks Day)! It probably would have taken even less time if I had done it during daylight or had a flashlight! I was very impressed with the quality of the product. The armrest blended right into the vehicle, and the powdercoat on the riser brace was top knotch! The hardest part of the install was removing those OEM seat rail end covers.
