Just about all of the Scion dealers in my area (Milwaukee/Madison, Wisconsin) have the MSRP, the destination charge, and then they have "service fee." Is this pretty standard fare? It typically ranges between $89-$125. Do all dealers charge this? Is it just a profit thing?

Yes, its a profit thing and yes, most dealerships have them. The ones you are quoting are actually low for some parts of the country. Here in VA, they run from $200 to $300 and in FL, I've heard them as high as $700.
In answer to your next question, no, its not something they will negotiate. As long as they disclose it on thier web site, they can't remove it. It is something you should take into account when shopping for your car.

About $300 for the three scion dealers in CT that I have talked to. They call it a conveyance fee.
Cost of doing business it seems. :-)
