It might be time to change your tranny fluid. NYYxB 03-02-2005, 07:45 PM Had it a month. 1700 miles. The blue low water temp is also on on start up. Goes away in couple miles. TheScionicMan 03-02-2005, 08:20 PM While the blue cold temp light is on, the car will not shift into O/D. It is by design to bring the car up to temp faster, IMO. Once the Low temp light goes off, it should act normally. If what you're experiencing doesn't go away once you're up to temp, you may want to have the dealer check it. LavaBox_v1 03-02-2005, 11:58 PM Its normal ... once the car warms up it goes away ... nothing to worry about! It felt like a slipping clutch -- it was fine after a few miles -- all good moonray 03-03-2005, 04:02 AM mine did that too -- it's the first time i didn't let it warm up- just jumped in and took off. I think it's all just normal operation. Pretty cool idea I think. killerxromances 03-03-2005, 04:39 AM Do what i do... Start the car and let it set there for 3-5 minutes, let it just warm up before leaving. Really cold days (25, or below) give it 6-8 minutes. Although you really won't hurt the motor driving it while cold, i don't like the idea of driving my car without the motor warmed up. Works for me. bB2NER 03-03-2005, 04:48 PM Anyone else having problem whith a/t not upshifting when starting after sitting (i.e. overnite) unused for few hours.
