Default My xB

Here is my xB:

Now, I'm not sure what to do with it next. What I put in it sofar:
Alpine type-x 1000w RMS subwoofer
Alpine type-x 1000w RMS amplifier
Alpine type-s speakers in the front
Alpine type-r speakers in the back
Pioneer touchscreen deck
Fogg lights
Painted interior orange to match the body
K&N Typhoon cold air intake

What I have in mind for next summer, (because winter is coming, yes, I live in canada and have winter -.-), I would either like to change my headers + my exhaust to a double tip, or get some new 18'' rims and get an air suspension. So I don't know what I should do, and I need some advice!

Yeah, I'm leaning towards rims and air ride, even though the air ride is like $3000 -.-

no way should your air ride be that much.

I've heard that air ride in very cold climates can be a pain to deal with. You could always just do like I do (and lots of others) and swap springs for the winter. It'd be way cheaper too.

Depends on what setup you go with. I'll have that in mine when i get the front bags i want. That's all parts no labor.

bbzero - Yeah, the $3000 I said is also just parts..... But what kind are there? like what do you mean by the setup?

And what is the perfect offset for the rims on the xB?

I was thinking something like:
18 x 8 for the front and 18 x 8.5 for the back ???

You can spend under 2G and get the Easy street, which is a complete setup, and very popular. i went this route:
http://www.accuairsuspension.com/pro...witch_amp.html
bought their air management system, uses their manifold in lieu of seperate valves, it eliminates half of the plumbing connections, reducing chances of leaks. then all you need to do is pick you bags and you golden.

most people want different things out of their system though, so it all depends on what YOUR looking for.

This depends on the look your going for. do you want to be "hellaflush". or do you want to tuck with bags on? I'd get about a +25/+35 up front, and a +15 for back (with 8" wide) that would be a good blend of tuck/flush.

Well, what I'm looking for out of the air ride is really just to be able to rise and lower... hahah, like my roads are bumpy as hell around here, so I was looking for something that my car isn't too low when I'm rolling, but as soon as I park, and I turn the ignition off, the car lowers as low as possible..... That would be sick!

And for the rims, what do you mean about the +25/+35? lol, sry I'm not too good with this kind of stuff hahah, I'm still sort of a noob hhahah, but as soon as you will explain, I'll be like, Oh! Ok, I knew that! hahah

How far the wheel sticks out from the hub.

+25 is 10mm farther out than +35. (Rears need to be spaced more to be flush)
