what do you do if you want dual exhaust...like the body kit..it only has one hole. (new body kit, cut it???)

you will have to cut it or find a bumper that has the outlet for two tips.

If you're going to go duals, see if you can find a dual-downpipe header and run separate pipes all the way back. It'll make the price/performance ratio more attractive. Of course...you'll also have to figure out a different way to hang the pipes under the frame.

I was just wondering if any companies are marketing a dual exhaust or if you'd have to custom build it. e-z

You might be able to run it side by side. I dont see using anything larger than 1.25" or 1.50" inch piping per b-pipe. You would loose a lot of back pressure if you use 2" per 2 cylinders.

Its very rare to see a vehicle other than a v8 to have true duals. Most of them is a single b-pipe that splits off with a "Y". I think the borla is similar. At least they use 2 mufflers (unless that is a custom one that ive seen).

I wouldn't expect to see any "true" dual exhausts especially on an I4 engine. I know on my mothers sable it starts with 2 manifolds connecting at a y where it then turns to 1 pipe and stays that way until about 1 1/2 feet from the rear where it splits again into 2 and two mufflers come out the rear at each side. I was thinking something similar might be marketed where one pipe comes off the manifold to almost the rear of the car and then split into 2. It's really just for looks so I don't care if I have to hang a muffler thats not even connected to anything, it's not like anyone's gonna be laying down to get a look to see if it's real, but it would look kinda goofy on a cold New York day to see exhaust smoke coming from only muffler.

You only have one exhaust outlet (manifold) and it is for FOUR cylinders!!!
The only reason to make a dual exhaust (which will still not be TRUE dual exhaust) is to be extremely ___!
