Depends what you want, adjustability, cost savings, easy of use, lowest drop possible. Your question is way to general for anyone to answer. I suggest you use the search function and research all the options to see what gives you what you want.

I can do a manual air ride set-up for the gen2 for about 1700$

Manual valves aren't fast if you're into that but it does take a lot of the costly and sometimes headache inducing gremlins that electronics can cause.

PM me if you're interested.

Why not consider some tein coilovers? Seems a little bit cheaper than K sport and has Tein quality.

I can get you a set of these no problem.

Until you blow a line or bag. Even worse if it happens when the wife is driving on the freeway and you get the phone call.

I'm having a hard time deciding as well!! coilovers are much cheaper. And of course there is the fear of busting a bag or line with air. I'm DYING to get my car slammed, and I don't have the $$$ for air...

If you take the extra precautions you wont blow a bag. I have had bags on my truck for 7 years now and I haven't touched it since the day I installed them. Buy quality components and you'll be golden. If you do decide to to go air let me know I'll get you the Scionlife price on anything you might need

Mine only blew because of bad product, where the bag had been crimped to the mount wasn't right and it let loose one day. Fortunately the wife was only a few miles away and it was on the rear. Just aired up the other two diagonal corners, drove it home, swapped on the stock springs and got new bags from the manufacturer free of charge. They sent two new ones with the proper crimp bands. I just had to listen to her complaoin about it. Can't say I blame her either, probably wasn't too fun at 65+. I say go air if you have the money and the patience to do it right and check on it every so ofter to make sure everythign is where it should be. I love having air as I can keep the car at a good ride height for my wife to daily drive, then drop down for where I like to drive, and slam it at shows.

was the first to bag a second gen... 3 years later not one problem and its a daily driver... the problems lie when people abuse or improperly install products. I know kits mostly come with huge 1/2 lines in which these scion dont need.. all thats needed is 1/4 lines... !/2 lines

I have done tons of installs and not one problem with any of them.. not to bad mouth but the easy street Fail!!! product seems to fail everyone that i know in hawaii that has easy street had a leak in the bag system in which i changed out to UAS a more solid set up. .. Stay away from easy street even though they waranty there product they dont pay for the towing when you get stuck. so noramlly i just sell the customer a UAS front set up.. oh yea imjust talking about the front set for the easy street.. there rears are the same as air runner

UAS or Air runner your best bet

I would say our front kit is the bee's knees. We all know **** happens. We had a failed part from a supplier that caused the leaks in some of our front kits. Problem solved, we went with another supplier. After thousands and thousands of these kits sold to the Scion, Honda, VW and so on we haven't seen this issue come back.

I would gather my info on what others have to say, and not sales guys or guys trying to help their friends business grow. I am a builder and a sales guy.

Did I also mention I have had my kit on my focus since 2003? Or that I have 72000 miles on my xB and have put about 10000 or so of that on in the last month and a half.
I also have about 100+ installs using Air Lift / Easy Street products over the last 10 years. I personally sold 117 VW kits in Feb. with zero issue running the same bag set-up. Installed 5 kits for Scion SEMA cars in the last couple of months and have been seeing these guys at local shows with nothing but smiles. We are also on the Scion build cars for SEMA from other builders. BLAH BLAH BLAH everyone has a story...

Well this is a my waste of time, I've done the sales talk. Now do your research and just choose whats best for you dude. Air Lift / Easy Street, Randode, UAS, etc..... They are all nice set-ups. Good luck with the purchase, and enjoy the ride.

I've got to say that Jesse's customer service is great. Obviously I had a few problems but he got it all taken care of with minimal fuse and had parts out to me very quickly. The Easy Street is also a very easy kit to install as it is just that a kit, ready to go out of the box.
