Crack the code lol. You might want to "crack" into the engine and transmission to make it any worthwhile, and a standalone ECU. Don't forget brake upgrades to slow down better from the higher speed. Good luck. A quick google search and yes Greddy and HKS do make a little module to take care of what you questioned.

 

mount some bigger tires and you might go beyond by 5-15 mph, not on your speedometer though
