Default ABS and TRAC OFF lights Only

I decided to throw the stock air cleaner assm. and muffler back on. Then all the sudden only these two lights come on after the first few miles. Seems using the brakes triggers the lights. I cleaned the MAF sensor and checked all the ABS sensor plugs and can't figure out why they keep coming on. I'm about ready to just put black tape over the lights. It runs and brakes normal so I'm stumped???
Please help?

a sensor got disconnected when you did the muffler maybe?

did you slam on the brakes to confirm if the abs is working or not?

I checked everything around the muffler and airbox. Everything is still connected.
It still stops on a dime when performing a panic stop.
Maybe the system is relearning how to run with the stock parts? Hopefully it's not having issues with running stock muffler and a 4 into 1 header. It was fine with the Strup exhaust and Injen SRI.

There are no codes being thrown. I have an OBDII scan tool.

Yep, I watch them come on sometimes as I apply the brakes. I'm beginning to think the LED tails are causing it but why all the sudden after 2 or more years with the LED tails?

Did you clear the ECM by disconnnecting the battery for a few minutes?

the led tails should have nothing to do with it...if I were a betting man..I'd say you have a bad sensor....it's easy enough to check them all and clean them...just to be sure

FTHOI I went and re cleaned the MAF sensor, disconnected the battery overnight and threw it on the battery tender. This morning I took it into town and the lights seem to be off for good. It's weird but these things all worked???
Thanks for the help and I'll report back if they return.

Now I'm not so sure about that statement.

I have the LED tails with no problems for 2 years now. So I decide to upgrade the stock third brake light to the LED one Oznium sells, and right away it through the lights. The thing started to drive real bad, with the tranny hunting for the right gear. Put the stock third brake light back in and no more lights.

Very odd. The ABS, VSC system must have something to do with that third brake light or a combination of the three. And by changing one or another to LED, the warning lights come on.

It's some sort of thing for the car to tell you the third light is burned out. Mine did the same thing when I tried to make it LED. It also cause my cruise to not work all because of a bulb change. Weird!
Not sure if adding a resistor to the mix might trick it into thinking you have a standard bulb in there.

Yeah, like I said, I have LED tails with no problems. It's just when I added that third light that I bought right after reading the Tomas thread about adding the flasher.

This one:

I tried doing a search on it and came up dead. You'd think after all this time someone might have the answers !!
