Default uncomfy ride!! suspension??

Hi fellow SCIONHEADS,

I'm new at this forum stuff and even newer to the shock, strut, suspension, coil over game so pls be patient. i have an 07 tC and have been experiencing an uncomfy ride for almost 2 yrs. every lil bump or uneven road i drive over (even with ease) i feel it everywhere in the car and it feels like the car will fall apart right beneath me (like im in the flinstones). Mechanics have told me its not my shocks or struts- they said i should get all new tires. so i did. that made the problem a lil better but not good enough for me. ive also adjusted the tire pressure to the right amount (32 i think). its still really rough. a new mechanic told me the stock springs on the tC are really small. Everything on the car is stock and hasnt been dropped. Should i invest in a TRD suspension kit? Or tien or eibach?

Someone please help!

thx

Uncomfortable how? Just bumpy? Really stiff? Bouncy?

If the stock suspension isn't comfortable, you probably won't have many options, unless something is wrong with your oem parts.

uncomfy like when i go over a bump or manhole the car rattles and if i dont hold on to the steering wheel tight enough, it'll go out of control

i live in nyc btw..

sounds like there's some damage that they're not seeing or not telling you about because even OEM suspension isn't "bad" per-se but you shouldn't be losing control
